Located at the front of the resort, Vivo Bar and Grill offers modern Italian cuisine mixed with subtle exotic flavours influenced by the tastes of the tropics.

 

The restaurant airs a relaxed yet chic vibe and the stunning open plan design means uninterrupted ocean views. Inside diners will find the stylish sunken bar, which acts as the heart of the restaurant and oozes style and sophistication and is the epitome of Palm Cove.

 

Teamed with elegant surrounds, Head Chef Russel Molina has created an exciting and adventurous menu and with breakfast, lunch, tapas and dinner on offer, there is something to please everyone.

 

Showcasing fresh local produce, meals include a breakfast salad comprising of smoked salmon, sautéed kipfler potatoes, avocado, Spanish onion, rocket and preserved lemon dressing. For tapas feast on fresh oysters and marinated baby octopus or stay for dinner and try their king prawn and Sambuca risotto or pistachio and rosemary marinated lamb fillet.

 

Guests wishing to stop by for just a drink are welcomed and offered an extensive wine list or invited to indulge on an exotic, handcrafted cocktail.
